Delete your MVP Clean account

In the app

Go to Account, scroll down and tap Delete account. If you also clean with MVP Clean, the same account and your cleaner profile are deleted together.

Without the app

Email hello@mvpclean.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, photos, saved addresses, booking addresses, sign-in links, favourites, ID documents (cleaners) and the card saved with our payment processor. Records of past bookings and payments are kept without your personal details, because tax and accounting law requires it. See our Privacy Policy.

Before you delete

Cancel any upcoming bookings and recurring cleans first. Cleaners need to cancel or finish their upcoming jobs. Payouts still owed to you for past cleans are still paid to your Stripe account.
