Where do you clean?
We're based in Brooklyn and serve New York City, starting with the neighborhoods where our cleaners are. Enter your ZIP code above to check; if we're not there yet, join the waitlist and we'll email you when we are.
How do I pay?
By card when you book, through Stripe. For recurring cleans, each next visit is charged after the one before it. The total, including sales tax, is shown before you pay.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your clean. Later cancellations may be partly refunded; see the cancellation policy for the details. Recurring visits can be skipped in the app.
Who are the cleaners?
Independent cleaners who work through MVP Clean. Each cleaner verifies their government ID with a live selfie match before they can take jobs, and you can rate every clean.
Do I need the app?
No. You can book on this website. The MVP Clean app lets you manage bookings, see who's coming and save favourite cleaners.
